This is a two-stage charging electrostatic precipitator that removes particles using electrostatic forces. It can remove oil mist, fume, and smoke with high filtration efficiency.

Key Features

Electrostatic Precipitator
- It uses electrostatic forces to attach particles from pollutants to the collection cell, achieving very high dust collection efficiency, capable of removing 95~98% of particles as small as 0.01㎛.
- The frequency of trips (shutdowns) due to contamination of the collection cell and the rate of efficiency decrease are low.
- Trips do not occur even if moisture enters the collection cell.
- It uses a low-noise blower, resulting in low noise and power consumption.

First Stage: Demister
- A demister is installed to increase the filtration efficiency of the collection cell located downstream.
- The demister spreads particles by inertia and gravitational settling.

Second Stage: Ionizer
- The ionizer ionizes particles positively, making them electromagnetic.

Third Stage: Collection Cell
- Particles that are electromagnetic get attached to the collection cell and removed by electrostatic forces.

Control Box / Distribution Board
- Switches and circuit breakers, control devices are assembled in a separate sheet metal box.
- The electrical control devices are not affected by pollutants, extending their lifespan.
- It can be attached and used at the desired location.

Local Switch, Contact Configuration
- A local switch for turning the power ON/OFF is added.
- It can be attached and used at the desired location.
- The electrical circuit's contacts can be configured to turn ON/OFF simultaneously with other equipment.

Carbon Mat Filter
- You can add a carbon mat filter.
- The carbon mat filter uses the adsorption properties of activated carbon to remove odors from gases.

Flexible Conduit for Wiring
- A flexible conduit is applied over the wiring to prevent fire due to insulation damage.
