Product Introduction

Green Hopper is a device developed in collaboration with Ulsan Port Authority (UPA) to reduce dust emissions by 70-80% during the unloading of feed ingredients at ports. This device can also be applied to other powder-handling operations.

  • Large-scale powder input hopper

    • Can reduce dust generated during the unloading of feed ingredients such as wheat and soybean hulls by more than 80%.
    • Maintains an efficiency of over 80% even in environments with winds of 3m/s.
    • Dust emissions are captured by a multi-cyclone and ultra-nano filter in the dust collection system and can be recovered through a screw conveyor.
    • Capable of handling large amounts of feed ingredients, using a multi-cyclone as a pre-treatment device to extend the life of the filter.
    • Allows smooth loading of unloaded feed ingredients into vehicles and is equipped with a dust curtain to prevent dust dispersion.
    • Is mobile. (Forklift required)

    • Design considers airflow and inflow speed as increasing dust collection efficiency can cause higher pressure loss and increase power costs.
