Product Introduction
R.T.O (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a device that combusts high concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) at 800℃ to remove over 98% of them. R.T.O uses a heat exchange regenerative medium to recover over 95% of the heat generated during the combustion of volatile organic compounds and utilize it as energy, thus minimizing auxiliary fuel consumption.
Key Features
-
Combustion and removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
- The removal efficiency of volatile organic compounds is very high, over 98%.
- By using ceramic regenerative media to recover thermal energy and utilize it as energy, fuel costs can be minimized (heat recovery rate over 95%).
- If the concentration of organic matter in incoming volatile organic compounds is 1.5~2g/Nm³, it can be operated without fuel.
- Waste heat can be used for heating, reducing fuel costs.
- There are no pressure fluctuations (suction power) even after long hours of operation.
- It is more compact compared to facilities such as activated carbon adsorption towers.
- It has fewer secondary pollution factors (low NOx emission rate).
-
Rotary Valve Type R.T.O
- The rotary valve method is the most advanced form of R.T.O technology that addresses the problems of traditional damper and rotary disk methods.
- It has no LEAK and high treatment efficiency.
- It can be used at temperatures above 250℃.
- Maintenance is simple as the rotary can be repaired just by replacing the valve.
Application
-
- Facilities using organic solvents, painting facilities, electroplating factories, food factories, paint manufacturing, printing shops, petrochemical plants, wastewater treatment plants, and other gas pollutant emission facilities
- Business sites subject to air pollutant emission facility licensing and permits
- Business sites subject to submission of hazardous risk prevention plans
