Key Features

• Electrostatic Precipitator

  • It uses electrostatic force to attach particles of pollutants to the dust collection cell, achieving very high dust collection efficiency, removing 95~98% of particles as small as 0.01㎛.
  • The frequency of trips due to contamination of the dust collection cell and the rate of reduction in dust collection efficiency are low.
  • Tripping does not occur even if moisture enters the dust collection cell.

  

• Modular Circular Dust Collection Cells

  • Circular dust collection cells can be individually separated and washed for semi-permanent reuse.
  • Compared to flat dust collection cells, circular cells are easier to clean and have a higher cleaning rate.
  • The entire frame of the dust collection cell can be disassembled, making maintenance easy.

  

• Control Box / Distribution Board

  • Switches and circuit breakers, control devices are arranged in a separate steel plate box.
  • The life span of electrical control devices is extended as they are not affected by pollutants.
  • It can be attached and used at the desired location.

  • A local switch for turning the power ON/OFF is added.

  • A flexible conduit is applied to the wiring to prevent fire due to insulation damage.
