• 3-Stage Filter Structure

  • The 3-stage filter structure enhances the efficiency of particle removal and extends the life of the filter.
  • The filter performance is maximized through a design that filters in the following order: ①Demister ②Carbon Mat Filter ③HEPA Filter.

  

• Stage 1: Demister

  • A demister is installed to extend the life of the high-performance filters installed downstream.
  • The demister blocks large particles along with sparks.

  

• Stage 2: Carbon Mat Filter

  • It removes fine particles not captured by the first-stage demister.
  • The Carbon Mat filter uses the adsorption properties of activated carbon to remove odors from fumes.

  

• Stage 3: HEPA Filter

  • The HEPA filter removes particles that have passed through the first and second filters.
  • HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, developed for removing harmful microorganisms and radioactive substances, can eliminate more than 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3μm in a single pass.

  

• Flexible Arm

  • Equipped with a patented, self-developed flexible arm.
  • The arm can rotate 360 degrees horizontally, move smoothly, and be securely fixed.
  • The internal joints have a simple structure, offering low air resistance and not impeding particle transport.
  • The hose is made from a non-combustible material that is resistant to fire.
  • A damper is installed at the suction port, allowing for airflow adjustment.
