A bag filter dust collector that can capture large and heavy particles such as scraps, chips, grains, plastics, and dust that are closely adhered to the contact surface with strong static pressure. It is mainly used as a powder conveying device.

Key Features

• Bag Filter

  • Equipped with a bag filter made of polyester material that maximizes the filtration area.
  • The bag filter is resistant to abrasion, has high tensile strength, and thus has a long lifespan.
  • The bag filter is suitable for removing dry dust of particle sizes ranging from 1 to 100 micrometers, similar to flour particles.
  • The expired bag filter can be easily replaced using a one-touch detachment device. (Utility model)

  

• Manual Filter Cleaning Method

  • A method of cleaning the filter by manually shaking a cleaning rod, eliminating the need for an air compressor.
  • The particles dislodged during the cleaning process are collected in the dust bin below.

  

• High-performance Ring Blower

  • Uses a durable, high-performance ring blower that provides high static pressure.
  • A cooling fan is installed to prevent damage to the ring blower due to overheating.
  • A silencer is fitted, and absorption material is placed around the ring blower to reduce noise and vibration.

  

Options (Optional)

• Cyclone

  • Using a cyclone as a pre-treatment device can significantly reduce the amount of dust entering the dust collector, thereby extending the filter's lifespan.
  • The cyclone removes dust using the principles of centrifugal force and gravitational settling.
  • It is more effective for jobs where large and heavy particles like wood dust and metal dust are generated in large quantities.
  • It is not suitable for fine, light particles.

  

• German-made Analog Differential Pressure Gauge

  • Equipped with an analog differential pressure gauge from AFRISO, a world-renowned German measuring instrument manufacturer, which is less prone to failure and allows for precise measurements.
  • The differential pressure gauge indicates the degree of filter clogging to inform the timing for filter replacement.

  

• Combo Panel

  • Changes the analog control panel to a digital controller.
  • Displays the filter differential pressure in digital numbers to understand the degree of filter clogging.
  • Includes a remote control feature that allows control of the dust collector in conjunction with other equipment.
  • Due to the nature of digital types, durability is lower than analog types.

  

• One-touch Detachable Dust Bin

  • Changes from a heavy and inconvenient drawer-type dust bin to a dust bin that can be easily detached with one touch.
  • Features a window to check the amount of accumulated dust and wheels for easy movement when emptying.

  

• Explosion-proof Structure

  • Applies an explosion-proof structure and devices such as explosion pressure dispersion vents, explosion detection sensors, and firefighting equipment to minimize damage in case of an explosion.

  

• Flame Arrestor Device

  • Adds a device that extinguishes flames being sucked in to prevent fire.

  

• Control Box / Distribution Board

  • Comprises switches, circuit breakers, and control devices in a separate steel plate box.

  • Adds a local switch for turning the power ON/OFF.

• Filter Material Change

  • Filters can be replaced with different materials depending on the characteristics of the contaminants.
  • Rubber-coated (3D Polex) filter: A filter whose surface is coated with rubber to improve filtration efficiency.
  • Antistatic water-repellent filter: A filter with antistatic and water-repellent properties.

  • Products with high static pressure and low air volume are not suitable for local exhaust ventilation systems.
