• Paint Coating Dust Collector

  • A paint coating specialized dust collector with an integrated workbench hood that can use a spray gun.
  • Simple piping work is required to connect the duct to the exhaust port, so the exhaust air goes outside.

  

• 5-Stage Filter Structure

  • The 5-stage filter structure enhances the removal efficiency of particles and VOCs, extending the life of the filter.
  • The filters are designed to be processed in the order of ①Andreae Filter ②Pre Filter ③Pre Filter (Frame Type) ④Medium Filter ⑤Carbon Mat Filter to maximize filter performance.

  

• 1st Stage: Andreae Filter

  • The Andreae Filter attached to the workbench directly blocks a large amount of paint spray particles, extending the life of subsequent filters.

  

• 2nd Stage: Pre Filter

  • A pre filter is additionally installed on the workbench to extend the life of the high-performance filter installed downstream.
  • The polyester material pre filter secondarily removes large particles.

  

• 3rd Stage: Pre Filter (Frame Type)

  • The pre filter installed in the dust collector further removes large particles.

  

• 4th Stage: Medium Filter

  • Particles not filtered by the pre filter are removed.
  • The medium filter can select filtering efficiency from 65% to 95% depending on the MEDIA, providing a medium to high performance filter that meets various filtering needs.

  

• 5th Stage: Carbon Mat Filter

  • Particles and VOCs passed through the pre and medium filters are finally removed by the carbon mat filter.
  • The carbon mat filter uses the adsorption of activated carbon to remove odors.

  

• High-Efficiency Turbofan

  • Uses a durable, high-efficiency turbofan to deliver stable and superior suction power.
  • The impeller is processed with ultra-precision electronic balancing to minimize vibration and noise.

  

Options (Selectable)

• Control Box / Distribution Board

  • Switches, circuit breakers, and control devices are organized in a separate steel plate box.
  • The electrical control devices are protected from pollutants, extending their lifespan.
  • Can be mounted at a location of your choice.

  

• Local Switch, Contact Configuration

  • Adds a local switch for ON/OFF power control.
  • Can be mounted at a location of your choice.
  • Electrical circuit contacts can be configured for simultaneous ON/OFF with other equipment.

  

• Flexible Conduit for Wires

  • Covers wires with flexible conduit to prevent fire caused by insulation damage.

  

• Filter Material Change

  • Depending on the nature of the pollutants, the filter material can be changed and applied.
  • HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter: A high-performance filter that can remove particles of 0.3μm or larger at an efficiency of 99.97% or more.
  • MEDIUM filter: With MEDIA selection, filtering efficiency from 65% to 95% can be chosen, catering to various filtering demands with a medium to high performance filter.
