• Bag Filter

  • Equipped with a bag filter made of polyester material, maximizing the filtration area.
  • The bag filter is resistant to abrasion and has good tensile strength, extending the filter's lifespan.
  • It is suitable for removing dry dust particles (1~100µm), such as flour particles.
  • The spent bag filter can be easily replaced using a one-touch detachment device (utility model).

  

• Manual Filter Cleaning Method

  • This method involves shaking a cleaning rod by hand to clean the filter, eliminating the need for a separate air compressor.
  • The particles dislodged during cleaning are collected in the dust bin below.

  

• High-Efficiency Turbofan

  • Employs a durable, high-efficiency turbofan that delivers stable and strong suction.
  • The impeller is treated with high-precision electronic balancing to minimize vibration and noise.

• Cyclone

  • Using a cyclone as a pre-treatment device can significantly reduce the amount of dust entering the dust collector, thus extending the filter's lifespan.
  • The cyclone removes dust using the principles of centrifugal force and gravitational settling.
  • It is more effective for operations generating large amounts of heavy and large particle dust, such as wood and metal dust.
  • It is not suitable for small and light fine dust particles.

  

• German-made Analog Differential Pressure Gauge

  • Equipped with an analog differential pressure gauge from AFRISO, a globally renowned German measuring device manufacturer, ensuring low failure rates and precise measurements.
  • The differential pressure gauge indicates when the filter is clogged and needs to be replaced.

  

• Combo Panel

  • Changes the analog control panel to a digital controller.
  • Displays the filter's differential pressure in digital figures, allowing you to understand the extent of filter clogging.
  • Includes a remote control feature that allows it to be controlled in conjunction with other equipment.
  • The digital type, due to its nature, has less durability compared to the analog type.

  

• One-Touch Detachable Dust Bin

  • Replaces the heavy and inconvenient drawer-type dust bin with an easily detachable one-touch dust bin.
  • Features a window for checking the amount of accumulated dust and wheels for easy disposal.

  

• Permit-Required Structure

  • Adds features like stack, measuring port, safety ladder, railing, and cumulative power meter for obtaining emission permits for air pollutants.

• Explosion-Proof Structure

  • Incorporates an explosion-proof structure and devices such as explosion relief panels, explosion detection sensors, and firefighting equipment to minimize damage in the event of an explosion.

  

• Flame Arrestor

  • Adds a device that extinguishes flames being sucked in to prevent fires.

  

• Control Box / Distribution Board

  • Configures switches, circuit breakers, and control devices in a separate sheet metal box.
  • Keeps electrical control devices away from contaminants, extending their lifespan.
  • You can attach it at the desired location for use.

  

• Local Switch, Contact Configuration

  • Adds a local switch for turning the power ON/OFF.
  • You can attach it at the desired location for use.
  • The electrical circuit contacts can be configured to turn ON/OFF simultaneously with other equipment.

  

• Flexible Conduit for Wiring

  • Prevents fire caused by damage to the wire's insulation by using a flexible conduit over the wire.

  

• Filter Material Change

  • Depending on the characteristics of the contaminants, it is possible to replace with a filter of a different material.
  • Rubber-coated (3D Polex) filter: A filter that increases filtration efficiency by coating the filter surface with rubber.
  • Anti-static water-repellent filter: A filter with anti-static and water-repellent properties.
